  1. Add greek yogurt, chia seeds, honey and cacao to a bowl and mix well.
  2. If making for breakfast, the night before, place into fridge overnight (the longer you leave the chia seeds in the yogurt the more thick it becomes). Overnight is best but you can also leave it for 30 mins if wanting a quick snack, just bear in mind the pudding won't be as thick.
  3. When the chia seed pudding has set, it should be nice and thick
  4. Top with the seeds mix or your chocolate or your berries, and enjoy!
Recipe Notes

You can top the pudding with a banana, some berries, or some other fruits of your choice. Tip: You can make a batch and save it in the fridge, and enjoy it as a healthy snack whenever you feel like.
