  1. Add all ingredients into a blender (add only a little of the milk first to ensure you get the right consistency, seeking thick consistency) and whizz around
  2. Add a bit more milk if too thick, then continue to whizz until everything is smoothly blended and thick
  3. Pour into a bowl, top with fresh fruit, nuts, seeds and enjoy. Perfect for breakfast or lunch on a sunny day.
