And after you eat, check in again. How does your body feel physically and emotionally? Do you feel satisfied and energized, or sluggish and uncomfortable?

By tuning in to your body's signals, you can learn to eat in a way that feels nourishing and satisfying. No counting calories or following strict rules required! 🙌
