The Nourished Professional coaching program is a 16-week 1:1 program designed specifically for busy professional women who want to build a positive relationship with food, nourish their body and mind, and thrive in all areas of their life. The program consists of four stages ( Unlearn & Relearn, Rediscover & Reconnect, Nourish & Empower, and Thrive), where each stage focuses on a specific aspect of your journey towards food freedom.

Unlearn & Relearn: We will unravel the diet culture beliefs and habits holding you back from food freedom. Learn new skills such as self-coaching, mindfulness, self-compassion, curiosity, etc.

Rediscover & Reconnect: Once we’ve addressed any limiting beliefs and established a foundation of new skills, we’ll move on to rediscovering and reconnecting with your body’s natural cues and the joy of eating. We’ll explore the pleasure and satisfaction of food, while learning to tune in to your body’s hunger and fullness signals.

Nourish & Empower: Building skills and strength to nourish your body and mind, to make sustainable, positive changes in your relationship with food and your body. This can include learning practical skills like meal planning and preparation, as well as building further the new skills that support a more abundant mindset and harmonious relationship with food.

My name is Lamia, and I’m a non diet coach and certified intuitive eating counselor.

I specialize in helping busy professionals and high-achieving women find food freedom and build trust in themselves not just around food, but in all aspects of their lives.

The reason why food freedom is so crucial is that our cognitive biases often hold us back from making meaningful changes in our relationship with food and life. We’ve been taught to believe certain things about food that can affect how we think, feel, and act in other areas of our lives.
