The program supports professional women in embracing intuitive eating and neutral body image, dismantling diet culture, and building self-trust. It’s a chance to unwind, focus on personal well-being, engage in self-improvement activities, and spend quality time with family and friends.

1. Audio Lessons
Audio Bites: Short lessons focusing on topics like intuitive eating principles, body neutrality, dealing with diet culture, mindfulness practices, and self-compassion techniques.
Weekly Themes: Each week will focus on a different aspect of intuitive eating and body image, such as “Reconnecting with Hunger Cues,” “Body Respect and Kindness,” and “Overcoming Food Guilt.”

2. Online Support Community
Private Facebook Group: A safe, supportive online community where you can share their journeys, ask questions, and receive encouragement.

3. Group Coaching Sessions
Bi-Weekly Group Calls: Facilitated by Lamia, these sessions will cover various topics in intuitive eating, CBT techniques, and HAES principles, allowing for group discussion and peer support (90 minutes).

4. Deep Dive Individual Coaching Session
One-on-one coaching to help you set personalized goals, overcome obstacles, and create action plans tailored to their unique needs and lifestyles (90 minutes).

5. Book Club with Coaching
Monthly Book Discussions covering two books. These sessions will include group discussions and coaching to explore and apply the books’ concepts to your lives.

Book 1: “Anti-Diet: Reclaim Your Time, Money, Well-Being, and Happiness Through Intuitive Eating” by Christy Harrison, get your own copy.

Book 2: “The Wellness Trap: Break Free from Diet Culture, Disinformation, and Dubious Diagnoses, and Find Your True Well-Being” by Christy Harrison, get your own copy.

6. Local Activities in Amsterdam (Optional Add-Ons)
Cooking Workshop: Hands-on cooking sessions focusing on intuitive eating principles, followed by group coaching discussions.
Sauna/Wellness Day: A relaxing day with body image coaching, promoting self-care and body respect.
Movie Night: Screenings of movies that challenge diet culture and beauty standards, followed by group discussions and coaching.
Walking Evenings/Mornings: Guided walks with coaching sessions to encourage mindfulness and connection with nature.

Audio Lessons: Every Monday, you’ll receive an audio lesson filled with valuable tips and inspiration designed to boost your confidence, embrace joy, and find relaxation.

Group Coaching Sessions: Join bi-weekly interactive group coaching sessions where you can share your experiences, learn from others, and get personalized advice from our expert coaches.

Individual Deep Dive Coaching Session: Each participant receives a personalized coaching session to set goals, develop a plan, and ensure you’re on track to achieve a joyful, relaxed summer. You will receive a link to book the time that suits you best.

Book Club Discussions: Engage in monthly book club discussions featuring titles that promote body neutrality, intuitive eating, and overall well-being. This is a great way to deepen your understanding and connect with fellow participants.
